This programme is not about sales techniques, scripts or CRM systems. Although it is important to learn these skills, they are very mostly ineffective if the success qualities listed above are not present as a platform to work under.

How does the programme work?
This programme works from the core of a person’s belief system which determines the varying levels of success which we all experience.
We will then show you how to remove the limiting beliefs and negative feelings that get in the way of you being a Superstar Salesperson. Next we will show and help you develop the 8 traits and help you lock them in as indelible habits in all aspects of your life. Our approach is systematic, measured, practical and straightforward, always ensuring a professional yet safe and relaxed environment to work from.
The programme works in a closed intimate group of no more that 10 people. It is structured over 6 months with 12 coaching sessions. Sessions are held every 2 weeks and are 3 hours in duration.
You are also supported with unlimited email and phone support from your personal coach.
In order to habitually live and benefit from your success habits, a level of commitment and energy is required from you to change and break some old negative behaviour patterns. You will be required to commit on average of 30 – 45 minutes a day for the first 21 days of the programme which is the general accepted timeframe to break and form new habits.
